There has been a surge in claims across social welfare payments that is creating a delay in some parts.
People can visit services.mywelfare.ie and fill in an application form our visit the Departments websie, print the application and then post it to your local centre.
During the coronavirus restrictions, people on jobseeker’s payments do not have to sign on at Intreo offices.
