Special report: Three crashes in less than 2 weeks lead to calls for the N15 to be upgraded

Calls are being made for the N15 Donegal to Sligo road to be upgraded after a number of recent car crashes.

There has been three collisions between Cliffoney and Drumcliffe in the past fortnight.

One of those was fatal, as a 66-year-old man lost his life when his motoribike collided with a car near Cliffoney.

Speaking to Ocean FM News, Eugene McHale a retired Garda living in the area says the N15 hasn't been upgraded despite the huge increase in traffic over the years:
