Three men due in court charged with Tom Niland murder

Three men are due back before the courts today, charged with the murder of Tom Niland.

The accused, who have been previously charged with assaulting the late Mr Niland and burglary at his home in Skreen in January of 2022, have already appeared before Sligo District Court.

Mr Niland remained on life support since the horrific ordeal at his home and passed away at Sligo University Hospital on September 30th last year.

All three are before Carrick-On-Shannon District Court later today.
