The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission is urging ticket holders for the Wild Roots festival in Sligo to request a refund.
The Wild Roots festival was due to take in Hazelwood today, and run over the weekend, but was cancelled recently.
Grainne Griffin, Director of Communications for the CCPC issued a statement saying “you’re entitled to a refund if you don’t get what you paid for.”
And that once you make this clear to the seller, “they must refund you in full within 14 days.”
