Gardaí and Emergency Services are attending the scene of a serious incident in Leitrim Village.
It is believed a tornado ripped through through the village causing serious damage to properties, cars, trees and walls.
Diversions are in place at Drumgorman Lake (Drumshanbo-side), The Fingerboard (Carrick-on-Shannon-side) and Battlebridge (Arigna-side).
