The trial of the men charged in connection with the killing of Private Seán Rooney has been delayed again.
Private Rooney, from Newtown Cunningham in Donegal was killed after the vehicle he was driving came under fire in Southern Lebanon in December 2022.
He was serving with the UN peacekeeping mission at the time.
Seven men were later indicted in relation to the fatal attack and were due to go on trial last June, but the case was adjourned until yesterday.
The hearing into the death of the 24 year old has been now been postponed until September.
