Tributes are being paid to a former Councillor in Donegal who passed away over the weekend.
Former Fine Gael Councillor Colm Gallagher served on the Council between 1965 to 1999.
Former TD Dinny McGinley was a friend for over 40 years.
He says his death comes as a great sadness not only to his local community in Mountcharles but also to the wider community in Donegal:
