Tributes have been paid to one of Ireland's oldest residents, Michael Coyne, who has passed away aged 107.
Mr Coyne, who was living in Boyle, passed away on Tuesday morning.
He had celebrated his 107th birthday in January of this year.
Mr Coyne will be reposing in Higgins and Sons Funeral Home, Ballinameen this evening (Wednesday) from 5pm to 7:30pm, to arrive to the Church of the sacred Heart Fairymount for 8pm.

The funeral mass will take place at 12 Noon on Thursday, with burial afterwards to Fairymount Cemetery.
