The numbers on trolleys in the North West today are down.
There are just ten people on trolleys at Letterkenny University Hospital, the lowest number in weeks.
There are 14 people on trolleys at Sligo University Hospital.
Nationally the figures are coming down with 460 on trolleys today compared to over 600 earlier this week.
