There are 18 people on trolleys at Letterkenny University Hospital today.
That's according to the latest figures from the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation.
This year has been a record year for the number of patients on trolleys and especially in Letterkenny where the figures are four times as high in the first half of this year compared to last year.
