The numbers on trolleys in Letterkenny remains high again today.
It has increased from yesterday to 21 people waiting in the A and E and on wards.
The latest figures from the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation show that there is noone waiting at Sligo University Hospital today.
The Midland Regional Hospital in Mullingar is the the worst affected today with 28 people without a bed there.
