Twenty-five on trolleys in the North West

There are 25 people on trolleys in the North West today.

15 of these people are waiting in the Emergency Department and on wards at Sligo University Hospital while 10 are in Letterkenny University Hospital.

There are over 400 people waiting on trolleys around the country according to the figures from the irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation.

Limerick has the worst overcrowding today with 36 people on trolleys at the University hospital there.
