Gardaí arrested a man and a woman following a stabbing incident in Sligo yesterday.
The incident occurred at around 1.30pm Saturday afternoon in the Caltragh Crescent area of the town.
A man in his 20's is believed to have been stabbed during the event.
He was taken to Sligo University Hospital with injuries believed to be non life threatening.

Two people, a man and a woman, were arrested and taken to Ballymote Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984
They are due in Carrick on Shannon District Court today.
