Two drivers have been arrested in Donegal for road offences.
Letterkenny Roads Policing Unit were conducting speed checks in the early hours of this morning and they arrested a driver whose vehicle was detected travelling at 156KPH in a 100KPH zone.

A second driver was also arrested after they tested positive for cocaine and cannabis.
Gardai are pleading with the public to please drive safely and to make responsible decisions when it comes to road safety.
