Two Polish men have pleaded NOT guilty to the murder of a fellow Polish man in Co. Donegal.
The body of Bogdan Michalkiewicz was found at his apartment in Letterkenny on May 15th 2013.
It's believed he was killed a few days beforehand.
Krystof Grzegorski of Hazelbrook Park, Letterkenny pleaded guilty to manslaughter but this wasn't accepted by the DPP.

His co-accused, Dariusz Weckowicz ) of no fixed abode, has also denied the murder charge.
A jury was sworn in this afternoon and the first witness is due to be called after lunch.
