Two Sligo farmers among the nominees for the 2024 FBD Young Farmer of the Year.
The prestigious award is organised annually by Macra na Feirme supported by the IFA and has been sponsored by FBD Insurance its inception.

Jamie Hannon and Sarah Kelly are among the semi-finalists for the 2024 title with the finalists to be announced at 1pm next Tuesday.
The previous two winners came from the north west with Enniscrone’s Christopher Tuffy winning in 2022 and in 2023, Dwayne Shiels, a native of Letterkenny came out on top.
