Two wind warnings have been issued by Met Eireann for the north west.
A Status Orange warning for high winds will be in place from 11am until 3pm today for Donegal with gusts in excess of 110km/h.
While a Yellow warning is in place for Sligo and Leitrim from 5am until 5pm with gusts approaching 110km/h
The forecaster is warning that the high winds bring a risk of coastal flooding.
