A girls under-16 gaelic football game in Bundoran was abandoned on Tuesday evening after the referee was confronted after an off-the-ball incident.
The match, between Réalt na Mara Bundoran and Sean MacCumhaill's, came to an abrupt end after MacCumhaill's mentors and others allegedly came onto the field of play to confront match official Eugene McHale.
The referee subsequently stopped the game and was escorted from the pitch.
