Uisce Eireann urged to come clean on Donegal planning applications

Serious concern has been raised over the potential power Uisce Eireann will have going forward when it comes to local planning applications.

From June, the utility will be able to refuse planning applications and this has led to calls for a representative to attend monthly meetings of the Donegal MD to provide regular updates.

Cllr Noel Jordan says this has worked well in the past with other divisions with issues being resolved at a local level.
