'Very little' delivered for Sligo University Hospital

What has been delivered for Sligo University Hospital by successive Governments over the last decade has been little to none.

That's according to Sligo Leitrim TD Martin Kenny who was speaking in the Dail as part of statements under the Health Insurance Amendment Bill,

Deputy Kenny also believes that while being in the private system gives people a certain level of confront, it's now at a stage where even those patients aren't being seen in a timely fashion.

The Sinn Fein TD says issues at Sligo have been noted for years but have not been addressed:
