Victim of weekend collision in Boyle named locally as Helen Horan

The victim of last weekend's road traffic collision in Boyle has been named locally as Helen Horan.

Mrs. Horan, who was originally from Sligo but had recently been living in Boyle, died following the two-vehicle crash on the N4 on Sunday night.

Her Funeral takes place in St.Joseph's Church, Boyle on Friday.

Gardai say that investigations are ongoing and are appealing to any witnesses to come forward.
