A Donegal TD says people who are not Irish or British citizens will now have to get a visa waiver to enable them to cross the border in Ireland.
It's after MPs at Westminster voted last night to reinstate the requirement for a US-style visa waiver for non-Irish EU citizens crossing the Border as part of proposed new UK immigration laws.
Independent TD Thomas Pringle says the new rule is unworkable.

The UK's Northern Ireland Secretary insists the new visa waiver system won't lead to checks along the border.
