The Bundoran St Patrick’s Day parade committee has announced that the theme for this year’s parade is to be “Welcome Back” or “Fáilte Ar Ais”.
The parade is returning this year on March 17th for the first time since 2019.
Parade Director John O’Connell said it’s been a long time since they have been able to have such a volume of people in the town and they thought the “Welcome Back” or “Fáilte Ar Ais” theme was more than appropriate.
Bundoran Tourism Officer Shane Smyth said they couldn't think of a better theme and he asked that people reflect it in their parade entries.
