Wind, snow and ice warnings

Wind, snow and ice warnings are in place for parts of the north west today.

There's a Status Yellow wind warning for a number of counties, including Donegal, Leitrim and Sligo.

Westerly winds will reach 55-60km/hr near coasts.

That warning remains in place until midnight tonight.

There's also a Status Yellow snow and ice warning until 3pm today for Donegal, Leitrim, Cavan and Monaghan, with a risk of snow showers, especially over high ground.
