A status orange wind warning has been extended for county Donegal.
The alert will be valid from 12pm on Sunday until 9pm.
Coastal flooding, large coastal waves, loose objects and fallen trees are all expected.
Counties Sligo and Leitrim, meanwhile are under the nationwide status yellow wind warning.
The will be valid from 10am tomorrow until midnight.
Possible effects will include coastal flooding, large coastal waves, difficult travelling conditions, debris and loose objects being displaced.
