A woman has appeared in court charged with dangerous driving causing death in Co. Fermanagh today.
34 year old Emma Josephine Feely appeared before Dungannon Magistrates Court this morning.
Valeria Amorim, who was six months pregnant, was killed after she was struck by a car in the Boa Island Road area of Beleek on Monday evening.
Ms Feely appeared in court this morning via video link. She was charged with causing the death of Ms Amorim by dangerous driving.
Ms Feely was also accused of causing grievous bodily harm to Ms Amorim's mother and young daughter also by dangerous driving, having no driving licence, being an unaccompanied learner driver and having no L plates.
The court also heard that Ms Feely was significantly over the legal alcohol limit when the incident occurred.
The case will be back before Enniskillen District Court next month.
