Moves to construct a news social housing development in Bunninadden has moved a step closer.
Sligo County Council have appointed P McHugh and Sons LTD for the construction of the development which will consist of a six units of social housing.
The units will be built at Willie Gormley Villas, in the village of Bunninadden.
The houses are a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom semi-detached and detached single storey units.

They are designed to the current near- zero building standard and include high levels of insulation with triple glazed windows,
The contract value is approximately €1.1million and is expected to take 9 months to complete with new tenants should be moving in during September 2022.
