The young man who was seriously assaulted at a house in Donegal has been named locally.
Charles Dooher, who is in 20s remains, in a critical condition after being airlifted to the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast for treatment to serious injuries.
The alleged assault took place in a house in Lifford yesterday morning
Another man aged in his 60s was taken to Letterkenny University Hospital for treatment to less severe injuries.

An investigation is continuing, with Gardai appealing for witnesses to come forward.
