Brendan ‘Bug’ Rooney

Suddenly, at Sligo University Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Brendan, predeceased by his brothers Terry, Michael, Martin, Christopher and John Joe, his sisters Bernadette and twin sister June. Beloved brother of Cissy and Mary. Brendan will be sadly missed by his sisters, brother-in-law Marty, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at The Foley and McGowan Funeral Home, Market Yard, Sligo F91 YR61 on Saturday morning 9th September from 10:00am to 11:00am. Funeral will arrive to The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, Sligo on Saturday at 11:30am for requiem mass followed by burial in Sligo Cemetery.
