Carmel Smith (née O'Connell)

Peacefully in the kind and loving care of the Oncology Unit Staff, Sligo University Hospital. Predeceased by her husband Jim, children Sheila, Maura, baby Gearoid and granddaughter Aisling. Sadly missed by her children, Ultan (Carmel), Aine, Jimmy (Loretto), and Gerard (Renske); her thirteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives, and friends.

Rest in Peace

Reposing at the Nazareth House Chapel, Church Hill, Sligo, (F91 DD72) from 5.30 pm to 7 pm Wednesday. Funeral to arrive at Saint Joseph's Church, Ballytivinan, Sligo, for Mass of Christian Burial at 11.30 am Thursday. Private cremation to follow. Family flowers only please.
