Dessie passed away suddenly on Friday 27th May, 2022. Predeceased by his son Baby Desmond, his brothers John, Mattie, Jimmy, Billy and Eddie. Deeply and sadly missed by his devoted and loving wife Esther, his heartbroken children Shane, Kevin, Niall, Helen, Fintan and Desmond, his daughters and son-in-law, his cherished 13 grandchildren, his beloved sister Teresa Lambert and brother-in-law David, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.
May his gentle soul Rest in Peace.
Reposing at The Foley and McGowan Funeral Home, Market Yard, Sligo on Tuesday evening from 6:00pm to 7:30pm. Funeral will arrive to The Cathedral of The Immaculate Conception, Sligo on Wednesday morning for Funeral mass at 11:30am. Funeral will proceed to Sligo Cemetery for burial after.
