So very sorry to hear about Father Damian's passing. We enjoyed having him when he was at St. Peter's Cathedral in Peterborough, Ontario Canada. My Mother and my aunt, who were from Scotland, always delighted in speaking with Father Damian, as their Mother was of Irish descent. Father Damian was actually supposed to officiate my wedding back in 1990, but he was sent to a different parish. Rest in peace Father.

Fr. Damian was a treasure to our Peterborough Community (Canada) and will be sorely missed. I had always hoped he would be back our way but I am so glad he was home with his loving family when he went to meet the God he spent his whole life serving. Fr.
