Francis passed away peacefully at home in the care of his loving family. Predeceased by his beloved wife Mairéad, Francis was a much loved father to Eunan and Rónán, he will be sadly missed by his daughters-in-law Peggy and Christine, his grandchildren, Sinéad, Pauric, Christopher, Áine, Aishling, Aoife, Dermot and his great-granddaughter Kyrna and a wide circle of family and friends.

Removal from Shovlin’s Funeral Home, Sandfield, Ardara tomorrow 22nd December to arrive at his late residence for 5pm (travelling via Killybegs). Reposing at his late residence, Teelin Road, Carrick from 5pm - 9 pm on Friday 22nd December and from 12 noon until 9pm on Saturday 23rd December. Rosary at 9pm on both nights.
Removal to St. Columba’s Church, Carrick on Sunday 24th December, for funeral Mass at 11am with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. House private after the Rosary on both nights and on the morning of the Funeral please.
Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to the Church Restoration Fund, through Curran’s Funeral Services or any family member.
