Pre-deceased by his loving wife Margaret (nee Gallagher) sisters-in-law Mary and Bridie and deceased members of the Gallagher family.
Sadly missed by his loving family – daughters Derbhla Al Ansari (Bahrain), Karen Kirrane (Behy) and son Garret (Knockmore).
Fondly remembered by his sisters Ríona Leydon (Roscommon) Mary McCarthy (Cork), Anne O’Brien (Clifden) Gretta Sheeran (Westport), brothers-in-law, Sean, Gabriel, John and Pat Neily, Mickey and Charlie, sisters-in-law Sophie and Marjorie – daughter-in-law Mary, sons-in-law Sean, Adel and Gerry’s partner Ann Hunter, nieces, nephews and his nine grandchildren Tariq, Talal, Sara, Aoibhinn, Clodagh, Shona, Thomas, Aoife and Cian – his neighbours and his large circle of friends.

Remains reposing at the Morahan Funeral Home, Tubbercurry, Co. Sligo on Sunday evening (Dec. 8th) from 5:00pm – 7:00pm.
Removal of remains to the Church of John the Evangelist, Tubbercurry for prayers at 7:30pm.
Mass of The Resurrection on Monday morning (Dec. 9th) at 11:30am followed by burial in Rhue Cemetery.
