Peacefully at Mayo University Hospital surrounded by his loving family.
Beloved husband of Margaret (née Davitt) and much loved father to his sons Gerard, Ray, Oliver and Stephen and daughters Loretta and Anita. Sadly missed and remembered with love by his wife, sons, daughters, son-in-law Christy, daughters-in-law Olivia and Claire, grandchildren Jessica, Hannah, Erica, Becky, Emily, Andrea, Gillian, Niamh, Lorna, Bryan, Ian, Eoin and Darren, sister-in-law Mary, nephews, nieces, extended family, kind neighbours and friends.

Jack will repose at Coen's Funeral Home, The Square, Tubbercurry (F91 P668) on Sunday, 21st April, from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. and again from 5:30 p.m. until 7: 30 p.m. Mass of the Resurrection on Monday, 22nd April, at 12 noon in St. Attracta's Church, Tourlestrane, with his burial thereafter in Rhue Cemetery. House is strictly private, please.
