Peacefully surrounded by her loving family in the exceptional care of all at The North West Hospice, The Mall, Sligo. Beloved daughter of Padraig & Bernice, and adored sister to Patrick, Roz and Kathleen. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving parents, brother, sisters, sister-in-law Kerry, niece and nephews Patrick, Evelyn and Aedan, her uncle, and all her relatives, neighbours and friends.

May Jackie Rest in Eternal Peace

Reposing at Breslin's Funeral Home, West End, Bundoran F94E92F on Friday evening 15th Sept from 5pm to 7pm, all welcome. Removal from the Funeral Home on Saturday morning 16th Sept at 10.30am to arrive at St. Patrick's Church, Tullaghan for Mass of the Resurrection at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Aidan's Cemetery, Kinlough.

Family flowers only please, donations in Memory of Jackie to the Oncology Dept at Sligo University Hospital and The North West Hospice, The Mall, Sligo care of donation box at Funeral Home / Church.
