Peacefully, in the exceptional and loving care of the doctors, nurses, carers and staff at St. John’s Community Hospital, Ballytivnan, Sligo.
Jacqueline, loving mother of James. She will be sadly missed by her son, family and all her friends in St. John’s Community Hospital.
A private funeral will take place for Jacqueline.

Jacqueline you were a wonderful lady and I will miss our little meetings to talk about our fabulous young men. You will always be in my thoughts and prayers xx
