Peacefully in the loving care of the staff at Saint John's Hospital, Sligo. March 12th 2024. Predeceased by his daughter Fionnuala , his wife Alice, his son Liam and his sisters; Ger McColgan and Betty McNiffe. Sadly missed by his son Seamus and his daughters Máire, Deirdre, and Donna. His Sons-in-law: Donal Kerins, Gerry Meehan, and Barry Fitzgerald , His grandchildren, Fionnuala, Ryan, and Oisin.; his nephews, nieces, relatives, and friends.

Reposing at Saint John's Hospital Chapel Thursday evening from 5.30 pm with removal at 6.30 pm to Saint Anne's Church, Sligo to arrive at 7 pm. Mass of Christian Burial at 11am Friday, burial to follow in Sligo Cemetery.
