Jim was an exceptionally supportive and generous lecturer in Sligo RTC back in the day. Communications was his forte and passion. I am exceptionally fortunate to have known him and to have learned from him. Occasionally, I jogged with him in the Rathcormack stretch. Nothing said but loads said. Rest in peace Jim, you have touched a lot of lives in your tenure. Sincere condolences to your dear wife and family. Cormac

Condolences to Josette and Jim's family on the loss of a lovely man. I remember Jim from Sligo Alliance Française in the mid 90's. Jim stole the show at the Alliance Drama competitions in Dublin, winning best actor on at least one occasion. RIP Jim
