John passed away peacefully, on October 16th, at Letterkenny Hospital, after a long illness. He will be mourned by his siblings, Eileen, Tony, Philomena and Pat and his dear friend Anne, (Leeds). He will be missed by his sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, his extended family in Donegal and Leeds; and by his former work mates.
He is predeceased by his brother Andy and his sister-in-law, Kitty (London), and sadly by his nephew, James, (Lurgan).
John will be reposing at Shovlin’s Funeral Parlour, Ardara, on Thursday 19th, from 2pm – 3.30 pm, when his cortège will leave from there to arrive at St. Mary’s Church, Pettigo at 5.30 pm.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11am on Friday 20th October.
