Peacefully in the compassionate care of Nazareth House Nursing Home Sligo.
Predeceased by his parents Séan and Jane and sisters Mary and Anne.
Sadly missed by his son Shane, daughters Sinéad and Orlaith, their mother Dolores. Loving grandfather to Medb, Siún, John, Maye, Micheál, Barra and Íde. Beloved brother of Padraig, Teresa, Jean, Stan and Regina. Fondly remembered by daughter-in-law Niamh, sons-in-law Shane and Ciaran, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and many dear friends and neighbours.

John will be reposing in the Nazareth House Chapel, Church Hill, Sligo (F91 A243) on Tuesday evening from 5 o'clock until 7 o'clock. Removal on Wednesday morning at 9.30am from the Morahan Funeral Home Tubbercurry (F91 DV50) to arrive in The Church of The Immaculate Conception Moycullen (H91 U54A) for requiem mass at 12 noon with the burial afterwards in Moycullen cemetery.
