Resident of Finchley London.
Peacefully in the presence of his family at Sligo University Hospital on 15th April 2024.
Predeceased by his parents Paddy and Sarah.
Patrick will be forever remembered and sadly missed by his loving wife Susan, daughter Marion & loving grandchildren Shauna & Callum, Son in Law Chris and brother Frank, extended family, neighbours and many friends.
May his gentle soul Rest in Peace.Reposing at Our Lady's Hospital Chapel (F91 AP57) from 6.00 to 7.30 on Wednesday evening with removal to St Michael's Church, Glenfarne, (F91 AE22) arriving at 8 pm.
Funeral mass on Thursday at 11.00 followed by interment in Kilmakerril Cemetery.
