I had the pleasure of meeting Foggy when I was a volunteer with the Irish Wheelchair Association, and - as well as being a true character - he was one of the nicest, most genuine people I have ever come across. He loved music and singing, and listening to his stories was one of the highlights of my time spent with the IWA. His faith also touched me, and I will never forget the time he gave me a prayer and a statue of St.Philomena, when my late Mother was very ill. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him, but I'm sure Heaven will be a much brighter place with Foggy there! May his gentle soul Rest In Peace.
