Suddenly at Sligo University Hospital.

Predeceased by Loving Mother Anne O'Connor. Sadly missed always loved and never forgotten by his father Tom, sister Rhona, brothers Cormac, Jarlath, and Sean, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews Conal &Tadhg, nieces Katie & Cara, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, especially loving staff and friends at Cloonamahon, Cregg House, and Harmony Sligo.

Thomas will repose at the Perry Funeral Home Church View Collooney (F91 AH21) on Tuesday 6th Sept. from 5pm to 7pm. Mass of the Resurrection in the Church of the Assumption on Wed at 11am Burial afterwards in St.Nathy's Cemetery Collooney. Mass will be live-streamed on the (Church of the Assumption) www.churchservices.tv
