Mae Filan, née McNicholas, “Carlton Lodge”, Carrowroe, Sligo (EIRCODE: F91Y207). Formerly of the Carlton Café, Castle Street, Sligo, and Kiltimagh, Co. Mayo. Peacefully, at the North West Hospice, The Mall, Sligo. Reposing at the family home at “Carlton Lodge”, Carrowroe, Sligo from 4pm to 8pm this evening. Mass of the Resurrection at 12noon on Tuesday in Saint Anne’s Church, Sligo. Burial follows in Sligo Cemetery. Home private outside reposing times. Family flowers only, donations in lieu, if desired, to the North West Hospice Fund, c/o Seán Feehily at Feehily’s Funeral Home, Cartron Cross, Sligo.
Gerry O’Connell, Crossboy, Ballintogher, Co Sligo. Formerly of Collooney, Co Sligo. Following a tragic accident. Reposing at Fowley’s Funeral Home, Dromahair, on Tuesday from 5pm until 9 pm. Removal on Wednesday to St Therese’s Church, Ballintogher, for funeral mass at 11 am. Followed by burial at St Nathy’s Cemetery, Collooney, Co. Sligo.
