Rose Ellie Evans, (nee Hoey), Luton, England, Formerly of Moneygold, Grange, Co. Sligo. Wife of Owen Evans, sister of Paddy and Mattie Hoey, Moneygold, Seamus, Cliffoney, Dominic, Bundoran. Sister of Maureen, Delia and Josie, Luton. Reposing at Neville’s Funeral Parlour, Luton. Removal on Wednesday Dec 13th to the Holy Family Church, Marsh Farm, for Funeral Mass. Burial in Stopsley, Luton. A Mass in Memory of Rose Ellie will be offered in The Church of Mary Immaculate, Grange, Co. Sligo on Thursday, December 7th, at 8pm.
Jane Pierce, late of Apartment 1, Daly’s Building, Harmony Hill, Sligo. Peacefully at home in her 87th year. Formerly of the Yeats Society, Sligo and the University of Wisconsin, River Falls, Wisconsin, USA. No interment as body donated for medical research.
Dorothy O’Grady, (née Friel), 57 Maugheraboy Estate, Sligo. Peacefully at the North West Hospice Sligo after a short illness. Reposing at her home from 2pm to 8pm today. Mass of the Resurrection at 11.30am on Tuesday in the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, Sligo. Burial follows in Sligo Cemetery.
Lizzy Curran, East End, Bundoran, Co Donegal. Peacefully at Aras Mhic Shuibhne, Mullinasole, Laghey. Reposing at the residence of her sister Nora Dawson, 9 St Colm's Terrace, Bundoran from 10am on Tuesday with removal at 6:30pm to arrive at Our Lady Star of the Sea Church, Bundoran, for 7pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 11 am. Interment afterwards in St Ninnidh’s Cemetery, Bundoran. Family flowers only, donations in lieu of flowers to Aras Mhic Shuibhne, Mullinasole, Laghey, c/o John Mulreany Funeral Director or any family member.
Briege McDevitt, Drimnafinaqle (PRON: DRUM-NA-FIN-A-GIL), Kilcar. Removal from the Eternal Light Chapel of Rest, Mountain Top, Letterkenny on Tuesday at 2pm to arrive at her residence at 4pm. Removal from her residence on Thursday at 11:30am for funeral mass in St Cartha’s Church, Kilcar, at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Kilcar Cemetery.
Mary Bredin (BRAY – DIN) (née Furey), Tullyskerney, Manorhamilton, Co Leitrim peacefully at her home. Reposing at Our Lady's Hospital Chapel on Tuesday evening from 5pm - 7pm with Removal to St Clare's Church, Manorhamilton arriving at 7.30pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 12 noon followed by Burial in the adjoining cemetery. House private please.
