Canon Michael Ryan, retired Parish Priest of St. Bride’s, East Kilbride, Glasgow, Scotland and formerly of Gurteen, Co. Sligo. Brother of Nicholas, Gurteen, Co. Sligo, Dermot, Exeter, England, Daphne Dowd, Boston, U.S.A. and Marie Vaughan, Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath. Removal from Glasgow to St. Patrick’s Church, Gurteen, Co. Sligo, arriving at 6pm this evening. Mass of the resurrection on Sunday at 2pm with burial afterwards in Gurteen Cemetery. Family flowers only please.
Barry Mulreany, Glebe, Donegal Town. Repose at his residence. Wake will take place until 11pm today. Funeral mass in St. Patrick’s Church at 2.30pm on Sunday with burial immediately afterwards in Clar cemetery. House private on the morning of the funeral.
Lewis Irwin, Carrickleitrim, Manorhamilton, Co. Leitrim. In his 89th year. Reposing this afternoon in his daughter Ann’s house at Clooneen, Manorhamilton, from 2.30 to 5.30pm. Removal to the Methodist Church, Manorhamilton, arriving at 7.30pm. Funeral service on Sunday at 2pm followed by burial in the Church of Ireland graveyard. Family flowers only please.
