Patrick Joseph Rooney, known as Josie, Cornastalk, Manorhamilton, Co. Leitrim. Peacefully at his home in his 88th year. Reposing at his home today until 6pm with removal to arrive at St. Clare’s Church, Manorhamilton for funeral mass at 11.30am on Sunday morning, followed by burial in adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to Our Lady’s Hospital patient comfort fund care of Murphy & Fox funeral directors, Manorhamilton.
Bernadette Cryan, nee O’Brien. Ballinamore, Co. Leitrim and late of O’Connell Street, Sligo. Peacefully at the Laurel Lodge, Longford. Reposing at her home today until 6pm followed by removal to St. Patrick’s Church, Ballinamore, at 7.30pm. Requiem mass on Sunday at 1.30pm. Burial afterward in Aughnasheelin cemetery. Órán Nibbs, age 7 years, of Rathonnell, Trentagh, Letterkenny, Co. Donegal. Son of Colm and Ashling Nibbs, formerly of Sligo. Grandson of Dermot Mitchell, Rosehill, Sligo and Grandson of John and Helen Nibbs, Joe McDonnell Drive, Sligo. Remains will repose at his home until 8pm today and from 12pm to 8pm on Sunday. Funeral from there on Monday at 10.30am for mass at 11am in The Church of the Irish Marytrs, Letterkenny. Interment afterwards in Carrigans Cemetry, Maugherow, Co. Sligo.
