Deirde Gowen, née O'Kelly, St. Teresa's Terrace, Pound Street, Ballaghaderreen, Co. Roscommon. Peacefully, in her 91st year at Roscommon County Hospital. Private cremation has taken place. Memorial Mass will take place in St. Nathy's Cathedral, Ballaghaderreen, Co. Roscommon on Saturday November 2nd at 1pm.
Margaret McGoldrick, Rockfield Gardens, Belleek, and formerly Upper Main St, Manorhamilton. Suddenly. Reposing in Our Lady's Hospital Chapel, Manorhamilton on Saturday from 10am to 11 am with removal to St Clare's Church to arrive at 11.15am for funeral mass at 11.30am. Cremation afterwards in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan.
Jimmy (James) Hughes, Drumiskabole, Ballisodare, Co. Sligo and late of Culnagor, Dungannon, Co. Tyrone. Peacefully at his home. Remains reposing at his home (Eircode: F91YE20) this afternoon from 3pm until 7.30pm. Removal on Friday morning to Saint John’s Church, Carraroe, Co. Sligo arriving for 11am Funeral Mass, followed by burial in Scarden Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to the Irish Cancer Society, C/o Gerard Clarke & Sons Funeral Directors, Ballisodare, Co. Sligo. Remains arriving at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Doobally, Dowra at 8pm this evening, via the Metal Bridge and Dowra. Funeral mass on Friday at 11am, with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. House private at all other times please.
Patrick J (Paddy) Quinn, “Quignashee House”, Quignashee, Ballina. Peacefully at his daughter Mary’s and son-in-law Noel Henry’s residence, Achonry, Tubbercurry, Co. Sligo. In his 99th year. Reposing at McGowan's Funeral Home, Ballina on Friday evening from 5pm, with removal at 7pm to St. Muredach's Cathedral, Ballina. Requiem mass on Saturday at 1pm,with funeral proceeding to Leigue Cemetery, Ballina.
Patrick Bredin , No 8, Gublaun, Rossinver, and late of Lissiniska, Rossinver, Co. Leitrim. Peacefully at St. Phelims Nursing Home, Dromahair. Remains reposing at the home of his son Raymond, in Rossinver until 10pm this evening. Removal to St. Aidan’s Church, Ballaghameehan on Friday morning to arrive for 12noon funeral mass, with burial afterwards in Rossinver Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu of flowers to a charity of your choice. House private to family on Friday morning please.
