Allowance granted to councillors for personal security - No need for it says Queenan

Local councillors are now entitled to an allowance which can go towards the cost of personal security, a 50% allowance of the full cost. West Sligo councillor Joe Queenan says he sees no justification for the scheme, and won't be availing of it
